explanation

 the simple equasion is set up so that the answer is always a multiple of 9 any number you choose will end up with a multiple of 9 as the answer all the numbers which are multiples of 9 have the same symbols i.e.
9 18 27 36 45 54 63 72 81		 when you click the ball, the multiples of 9's symbol appears when you click the try again button the symbols change

the equasion choose any 2 digit number, add together the digits, and subtract the total from your original number

example: take 23 add 2+3 total 5 23-5=18
